This policy covers information Lead Syndicate collects through this website and through the missed-call recovery service we operate for home service businesses.

Information we collect

From contractors who contact us: name, business name, phone number, trade, and city, submitted through the form on this site.
From callers to our clients' tracked numbers: phone number, time and duration of the call, whether it was answered, and the content of any text replies.
From this website: standard server logs.

How we use it

To deliver missed callers to the business they called.
To produce call and performance reports for that business.
To respond to contractors who ask us for a Silent Line Report.
To produce aggregated, de-identified benchmarks across the businesses we serve.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not share caller information with anyone other than the business that caller contacted. We do not use caller information to market anything to that caller.

Silent Line Reports

When we prepare a Silent Line Report, we place a small number of telephone calls to publicly listed business numbers and record only whether and how the call was answered. We do not record audio, and we do not leave messages.

Service providers

We use third-party providers for telephony, messaging, hosting, and payment processing. They receive only what they need to perform their function and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Retention

Call and message records are retained for the duration of the client relationship and for [12] months afterward, then deleted. A client may request an export or deletion of their records at any time.

Your choices

Children

This service is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
